Can bodybuilding make you strong?
If there was a time when I was more interested in strength than bodybuilding, that time has passed. And I still prefer to follow my heart.
In the world of bodybuilding, some bodybuilders are strong because they have natural talent, whereas some are just big, strong and fast. Which is better: natural talent, or muscle-bound strength?
In my opinion, bodybuilders who work out are much better than a lot of people who just go to a bodega for protein or something. It’s not a choice between natural talent and bodybuilding skills, but between natural talent as measured in size, and muscle-bound strength as measured in strength arms, legs and chest.
Can physique be learned?
One of the greatest strengths of physique sports are the ability to teach people about nutrition, fitness, and physical appearance. They can also create a lot of confidence for people, inspiring them to take on the tough stuff.
I think there has always been a good side to being a celebrity. But I think it can get even better with time… And I have a dream of making being a sports figure a career. To do it in a way where I am happy, and happy in a way that the rest of the world is happy.
When is it OK to let fat fly?
When the fat is gone.
For example, when your waistline is too fat to fit in the gym, what can you do about that?
You eat… Then you exercise… Until your waistline shrinks and you look good in clothes.
