How can I lose my belly fat super fast? – Belly Dancing Controversy

It’s not that we all have to be huge. Even in the most extreme cases of obesity, the body needs energy and a way to provide energy – the belly fat is a perfect place for that – but it doesn’t help in any way to gain weight. And here’s the scary thing: most people really don’t know that we do this. The reason we’re not aware of these processes is that most of us don’t even consider ourselves to be obese. Even the very best research shows that almost 2/3 of the population is obese or overweight, and almost 1/3 of them are female.

The problem is that we’ve all been fed this way of thinking: If you want to be fat, you have to eat too much. If you want to gain weight, don’t eat like a cow… Don’t eat so much, it will take away your energy. Eating less is the solution!

But that isn’t what we’re seeing from most of the studies done on fat loss. And it wasn’t the excess fat that drove the coma, it was the fact that the rats couldn’t use the fat that was sitting on their plates as fuel. The fact that they got fat didn’t mean anything: They were starving.

If you want to lose weight as fast as possible, you have to actually lose weight when you’re hungry, using fat that’s sitting in your belly – just by eating less than you’re used to. So yes: there may be times when you might need to eat less than you’ve been accustomed to eating, but the point here is that when you are hungry, that’s when the body can start burning fat.

It’s not necessarily the food you’re eating, but how much, or how little, you’re eating that affects how well you burn fat for energy, as well as how quickly you’ll find that you’re burning fat.

When you put on weight as you lose weight, there are only two potential scenarios: When your body is burning fat for energy at an accelerated rate and you’re getting rid of excess fat, or when your hunger is so intense that you are actually burning fat for energy instead. The two biggest differences between having itchy palms and chapped wrists are in how many calories you can burn and the
