Can you rap Siri? – At What Level Does Starmie Learn Rapid Spinning Thinking

No, you can’t if you’re not using a iPhone SE or later.

It’s a bit sad though, because on previous versions of the iPhone, you could get Siri to turn your phone around by doing exactly that: you simply held down the Home button and used the “sensing” portion of its touch-sensitive surface to move your phone.

Then Apple took it completely out of the hands of the user entirely, because it didn’t want to share the details of what it could do with its smart assistant. Even when users would do the exact same thing as Siri, the app was only able to tell them which way they were facing and then allow them to make a phone call or send a text message.

Unfortunately for people in the US, Apple decided to block Siri as a US iPhone feature from this release of iOS 11.1. I found out when I used Siri to send a text to someone and found out the sender had sent a photo of his dog back to him — no thanks.

So you’ll be able to ask Siri to take you to your favorite movie or restaurant, but only for that particular day. If you really wanted to, you could ask for a concert date, but only after finding the appropriate concert in a list of available shows.

Now you’ll be able to ask Siri to play any song you like — and only that song — but all the songs in Apple Music are free.

Will Siri be able to control your lights with your voice in the dark?

I don’t know, but a small light you’re holding with your phone must be able to make a simple voice command to turn on the lights.

You must have a flashlight of some sort — probably the kind you use around the house without turning it on — because the light feature is built into Apple’s HomeKit (formerly Home App) platform. That means it’ll work just fine if Siri asks you for help when you want to turn on the lights.

When I was testing Siri tonight, it took a little while, but my wife managed to get the lights working with her phone by simply saying “turn on the lights.”

Will you be able to get Siri to open the phone or get it to play music in the background?

Not yet, although Apple has said that it will. You’ll have to wait for a later release of iOS 11 or watchOS to try this out.

How about that awesome new camera feature?
