First take a moment to figure out which hand you plan to rap with, then follow this sequence that I’ve used in every single video I’ve made:

Hold the bar with your hand over your ears

Slide your left hand over the right

Roll your left hand over the right

Roll your right hand over the left

Roll your left hand over the right

Roll your right hand over the left

Rotate the bar back around so it forms a T shape as if you were going to rap. Keep your left hand over the bar, not your right.

If you want to go the extra mile (and you do!), you can use your hand to help you turn your head. Just like with my instructional videos.

(I didn’t include this at all in all of T.A.O.D. – but since everyone loves that video, I’m going to put it in here anyways.)

— It was the first time in his career that Cutler finished the season without throwing a touchdown pass, according to ESPN Stats & Information.

The stats show a similar pattern, even if Cutler wasn’t sacked or hit. He’s 20 of 30 passing for 227 yards, three touchdowns and no picks — an average of nearly 8 yards per attempt.
