The answer to that question is Yeonkyu Kim, 24. He has gained popularity by using the title of ‘fastest rap artist’ in his music video.
In a 2012 interview with the website Haneul.com he said, “I can hear my voice when I think of ‘fastest.’ I was never so fast. I am not on my best performance level, but I can really hear myself. When I think of my ‘freest’, I feel like I might be in a different dimension. I hope other people like my voice too.”

Green made the remarks to the House Democratic Caucus last Thursday and was joined by Rep. Pramila Jayapal (D-Wash.), the ranking member of the caucus.

Green first said Monday that he supported the idea and later clarified the statement to say he was advocating “impeachment.”
