When you have lost weight enough to have a good appetite.

What causes weight gain?

People may eat too many calories and get fat. Research suggests that people who lose weight gain two to four extra pounds by losing weight, but this may have occurred because they simply eat more. People who are sedentary or on low-calorie diets also gain weight.

Some people also gain a lot of weight because they don’t exercise enough.

2. Stress and poor eating habits lead people to eat more than they ought to.

After you lose weight, you take in less food and lose a little taste, because you are less motivated to stay in a calorie deficit. Then your hunger and cravings go away.

But many people can’t afford to cut out a lot of calories. After many years, they may regain the weight they had lost. This is the reason it is important to keep track of your food intake.

Many people who aren’t overweight find it harder to lose weight if they do it by dieting and exercise.

3. Fat gets stored instead of burned as fat.
